Atif Bostic, a Philadelphia Native, is an established leader in community and economic development, workforce development, business development, and business strategy. Atif has worked with public and private institutions, nationally; developing comprehensive solutions to solve complex problems, that drive measurable results.
Atif leverages his experience in finance, banking, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and organizational development to develop transformative solutions for his organization and organizations he supports.
Over his 20-year career, Atif has held senior leader positions within for-profit and non-profit organizations to include Citizens Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Signature Financial and Uplift Solutions. His work includes the development of a 12-state, $100 million retail business development program, the development of a one-of-a-kind workforce development program for formerly incarcerated individuals, and strategic leadership of several economic and community development projects nationally.
Atif is very active in the community, serving in volunteer leadership roles for notable nonprofit organizations that include The Urban League of Philadelphia, The American Heart Association, The Philadelphia OIC, and PathWays PA.
Atif currently leads Uplift Solutions, a nonprofit organization focused on addressing the needs of justice involved individuals, helping them to successfully reintegrate back into society.
