As General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at high-growth fintech Nymbus, Inc., Rachel advised executive leadership, negotiated complex deals, and built the company’s legal function from the ground up. At FIS, a global banking technology firm, she led legal and procurement operations, securing up to $150 million annually in strategic agreements.
