Raymond Williams 

Raymond Williams stands at the forefront of the financial industry with over 20 years of experience and service. A graduate of West Chester University, he started in field of finance in 1998 with American General Life and Accident Insurance Company. As an insurance agent, his primary responsibility was to service his client's life insurance needs. While at AGLA, he was inducted into the National Leaders Club and was a 1999 Trophy Campaign Recipient. In 2001, Raymond transitioned into the banking industry, a recruit of First Union National Bank, as a licensed banker. With the series 6, 63 and life insurance designations his personal clients were effectively profiled and educated matching their needs with best suited products and services. First Union Bank eventually merged with Wachovia Bank. The merger not only brought a new culture but also new career opportunities. His rapport with his clientele and eagerness to excel landed him the position of Small Business Financial Specialist.  

In this role, his responsibilities were to maintain and grow an assigned book of businesses, focusing on identifying holistic solutions to address the changing needs of small business owners. In 2008, Wachovia was acquired by Wells Fargo Bank. Raymond’s leadership qualities and work ethic allowed him to be promoted to Store Manager. As Store Manager, the operation of the branch is to focus on driving daily revenue growth, increasing profit and managing risk. He has managed over 130 million in liquid assets including loans, investments and deposits. Mr. Williams has since received corporate title of Vice President. Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth, Raymond consistently ranks among the top of his peers and is huge advocate of financial literacy in public schools and the business community.
